The mission of LTMUA is to serve the people that live, work and visit our community. The highest quality drinking water and efficient wastewater disposal services are provided through the use of sound management principles, modern scientific practices and effective planning to maintain our infrastructure and safeguard public health while imposing minimal impact on the environment. All of the plans, improvements, and system changes are crafted in an effort to continue to meet or surpass all mandated Federal and State regulations and standards. We at the Authority understand the importance of protecting and preserving the Earth's most valuable natural resource, Water. The Authority's philosophy is to never lose sight of those who we are committed to serve; residents, businesses, public institutions and the thousands of seasonal visitors to the many attractions located within our service region. Our goal at the Lower Township MUA is to improve the quality of life for the Township residents now and in the future while still maintaining some of the lowest rates in the State of New Jersey.
