PVWC is a public drinking water supplier owned by the cities of Paterson, Clifton, and Passaic. PVWC owns and operates the Alan C. Levine Little Falls Water Treatment Plant (WTP). For a majority of PVWC customers, finished water from the Little Falls WTP is blended with finished water obtained from North Jersey District Water Supply Commission’s (NJDWSC) Wanaque WTP. After treatment the finished water is then pumped through underground pipes to the cities of Paterson, Clifton, Passaic, Prospect Park, Lodi, North Arlington, a section of Woodland Park and to over 22 wholesale customers in Passaic, Bergen, Essex, Hudson and Morris Counties.
