Municipal Stormwater Control Ordinance has been updated to require green infrastructure in new development (state-level)

This measure is a regulatory requirement.

At the state level, this metric shows the number of municipalities that updated their Municipal Stormwater Control Ordinances to include green infrastructure for new development. Completing this by March 2021 would fulfill the requirements of the updated Stormwater Rules, NJAC 7:8.
